|Recommended: YesNew Building - Great Amenities — My wife and I recently moved into Modera Berkeley Heights and were impressed with the leasing staff, building and amenities. When we moved in, Harold went above and beyond in making sure everything with our move went smoothly and that our apartment was in great condition
There is a little bit of noise from the hard wood floors above, but I think a simple carpet rule covering 80 of the apartment would help.
