|Recommended: NoThis place is a nightmare. The management of this establishment does little to nothing when you bring them MONTHS OF COMPLAINTS WITH EVIDENCE. I am at my wits end and want to put my head through these thin, poorly built walls. Do not buy into this place thinking, it’s luxury it’s the furthest thing from it. Robbing you blind for a less than mediocre living experience.

The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and friendly, and the leasing office administration has made me feel so welcome from day one. Everyone is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. The overall quality of the community is outstanding. They are a great part of the team there and keep everything running smoothly. The maintenance screw is always around and very available and responsive to any issue that may come up. The facility is kept very clean as well. Great experience all around

Within 15 minutes of submitting the request, they came, fixed the issue, called me and even provided a picture of what the issue was and answered my questions so that it wouldn’t happen again in the future.

|Recommended: YesI would like to personally acknowledge the maintenance manager of Modera Berkeley Heights, Brunel. Brunel has treated me like family since day one. He is a man of his word, as he promptly had my place ready to go and in tiptop shape. He had a new dryer installed as soon as he noted the apartment needed a new one, and he replaced both shower heads in order to keep the apartment looking exceptional. When my furniture was delivered, one of the larger pieces did not fit and needed to be temporarily stored- Brunel, without hesitation, offered to store it for me in the buildings’ basement. This made for a comfortable and seamless transition into the building. Brunel should be recognized for his hard work and dedication to the maintenance of the building. He takes pride in his work and ensures that the building is functioning properly on a daily basis. He cares about his tenants, and makes sure their living experience is top notch. Brunel deserves this 5 star review. He’s the best

|Recommended: NoBuilding looks nice, but it’s really cheap. — The bedrooms don’t have any lighting. They wired outlets to light switch. There is no lighting in the living room either. Just a receptacle that you have to get installed. There’s only one side of the kitchen and no receptacle or wired outlet for lighting.
The floors are cheap laminate. The kitchen faucet is way too big for the sink And also looks cheap. For the amount I am paying expecting glass or is at least it’s just have a cheap shower curtain hanger. The windows are super thin Luckily, there’s not that much going on outside, but you could hear the train loud and clear as if the window was open.
None of the kitchen appliances are even leveled like the refrigerator.
To be honest, if it wasn’t for the location, I would probably cancel my lease and move somewhere else.
